News

In the church year, we are currently in the Lenten season.

You'll find notable announcements here, and please look through our newsletters (following). We also have a Facebook page (or search Prince of Peace Poland on FB) where we post news. We also have a "phone tree" automatic message system we use to send messages to members and friends (please contact us if you wish to be added).

Announcements

POP crew at HFH house 9-2014  The big news probably is that Pastor Julianne Smith (2010-2018) has accepted the call to be Director for Evangelical Mission with the Northeastern Ohio Synod, effective at the end of February, so Prince of Peace will be entering the call process with the synod staff. Worship and the work of the people goes on!

We will need some people to step up and take on some tasks that Pastor's husband, Stu, shouldered, including administration of this web site -- Tutoring and assistance is offered!

Worship is Sunday 10:30 am every Sunday!

During the Lenten season, midweek Lenten services are held through the Poland Ministerial Association at Holy Family (with lunch -- tickets available at POP worship on Sunday), and with the Mahoning County Lutheran Cluster at cluster churches: Soup supper 6:00 pm and worship at 7:00.
