About Our Church

Who We Are

The members and friends of Prince of Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church welcome all persons to participate in our community.

We are part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA).  Lutherans emphasize the radical grace of God, symbolized by the Cross, and God's power of Resurrection, as shown in our Resurrection window here. As an ELCA congregation, we welcome everyone to full participation in worship, congregational life, and leadership.

We worship liturgically, have Christian education for everyone from small children to adults, have a strong sense of outreach in the community, and welcome you to come and join us.

Our Goals

At Prince of Peace, our goals are summarized in our Mission Statement: Our Center is God whom we worship, and we extend Christ's presence into the community through Fellowship, Learning, and Service to others, with the Holy Spirit as the Great Catalyst.
